The Woburn Mind Body Spirit Fair returns to Woburn Village Hall on Saturday, October 31, bringing a day of wellbeing, spirituality and inspiration to the town – with a little Halloween magic thrown in.

Organised by Deer Spirit Events, the fair takes place from 10am to 4pm, giving visitors plenty of time to explore the range of therapies, readings, wellbeing experiences and spiritual interests on offer.

Halloween provides a fitting backdrop for an event where visitors can explore some of the more mysterious and intriguing aspects of Mind Body Spirit wellbeing. Halloween has its origins in the Celtic festival of Samhain. The Celts believed that believe that the barriers between the physical world and the spirit world break down during Samhain, allowing more interaction with the dead.

Those interested in psychic readings and spiritual guidance can meet practitioners offering tarot, clairvoyance, mediumship, astrology, oracle readings and other forms of insight.

Visitors will also find holistic therapists, wellbeing and self-help practitioners offering different approaches to relaxation, balance and personal wellbeing.

There will also be plenty to browse, with retailers offering crystals, spiritual gifts, books, crafts and other Mind Body Spirit products. With Halloween falling on the day of the fair, visitors can expect plenty of atmospheric inspiration – whether they are drawn to the mystical, the magical or simply enjoy something a little different.

The fair is designed to be welcoming to everyone, whether regular visitors already have a favourite practitioner or those coming along for the first time simply want to see what is available.

Deer Spirit Events organiser Julie Fenn said: “Halloween is such a great day to hold a Mind Body Spirit fair. There’s already that sense of curiosity about the things we can’t always explain, so it’s a lovely opportunity to explore some of those interests in a friendly and welcoming environment.”

“But it’s not all about the spooky side. We’ll have plenty of wellbeing, therapies and opportunities to take some time for yourself, as well as lots of lovely things to discover and take home.”

“We’re looking forward to welcoming our regular visitors and anyone who fancies doing something a little different this Halloween.”
